Dr. Delargy accepts referrals from GPs or other healthcare professionals. She provides medical assessments and treatment interventions for patients with a range of substance misuse issues such as:
alcohol misuse/dependency;
prescription medication misuse/dependency – these include benzodiazepines and opioid analgesic medications;
over the counter medication misuse/dependency – these include all codeine related medications and cough medicines;
illicit substance misuse issues – these include cannabis, cocaine, heroin.
Dr Delargy is experienced in undertaking drug screens including urine screens, saliva screens or hair sampling for court cases or workplace testing.
Medical Assessments and drug screening (including hair analysis) where there are childcare concerns or workplace concerns.
Medico–legal assessments on patients with alcohol or substance misuse/addiction issues.
