Dr. Delargy is a GP with a special interest and training in the area of substance use disorders and mental health. She is the Director of the Addiction Management in Primary Care Programme at the Irish College of General Practitioners. As National GP Co-ordinator for the HSE Addiction Service, Dr. Delargy has contributed to numerous national policy initiatives on addiction and has lectured extensively on the misuse of alcohol, prescription medications and illicit substances.
